Our flat metal sheet cladding is typically used for trims and top-level finishing rather than full build coverage and should be installed over a solid base for proper support and performance.

Standard Sizes and Custom Options
Flat sheets can be supplied in standard or bespoke dimensions to suit your project. Our standard specifications are:
- Widths: 1220mm or 1250mm
- Length: 3m (longer sheets available on request)
- Thickness: 0.7mm
All sheets are cut-to-size in our UK facility for full accuracy and reduced material waste.
What Coatings Do We Offer on Our Flat Metal Sheet Cladding?
We always recommend our PVC Plastisol-coated sheets due to their cost-effectiveness and excellent resistance to abrasion and corrosion. Polyester-coated sheets are also a high-quality, versatile option suitable for both box profile and corrugated roofing sheets. However, care must be taken to avoid scratching during handling and installation.
Galvanized
- Shiny/Dull silver colour in finish.
- Available in 0.4mm up to 0.7mm thickness.
- No Guarantee available.
Polyester
- Gloss finish.
- Available in 0.4mm up to 0.7mm thickness.
- Up to 15 years guarantee.
Plastisol
- Gloss finish.
- Available in 0.4mm up to 0.7mm thickness.
