Box profile reads as contemporary and suits a modern garden room. Corrugated is softer and sits more comfortably with an older house.

It is the question people ask most about steel roofs on garden offices, and the honest answer depends on the build-up. A bare single skin over an uninsulated room will be noticeably noisy in heavy rain. On an insulated panel the difference is substantial, because the bonded core damps the drumming instead of leaving a thin steel sheet free to resonate.

What Coatings Do We Offer?
We always recommend our PVC Plastisol-coated sheets due to their cost-effectiveness and excellent resistance to abrasion and corrosion. Polyester-coated sheets are also a high-quality, versatile option suitable for both box profile and corrugated roofing sheets. However, care must be taken to avoid scratching during handling and installation.
