With fast, nationwide delivery and all sheets cut in-house, we make it easy to find the ideal roofing for your garden building.

Box profile sheets

Box Profile Roofing Sheets

Box profile roof sheets are a practical choice for larger garden buildings that require a strong, modern roofing solution. Their ribbed design and long-span capability make them ideal for wider domestic structures where reliable coverage is essential. Available in CS32/1000 with a 32mm profile and CS34/1000 with a deeper 34mm profile for added rigidity, both options provide a durable, low-maintenance solution for garden building roofs.

Corrugated roof sheets

Corrugated Roof Sheets

Corrugated roofing sheets feature a classic 13.5/3 profile with a 19mm depth and 76.2mm pitch, providing a traditional and widely used roofing option suitable for smaller garden buildings. Supplied in 0.7mm thickness for roofing, they offer a practical, cost-effective solution for small garden buildings and replacement roof projects, where a simple, durable finish is required.

Bespoke profile steel roof sheets

Bespoke & Obsolete Profiles

Bespoke roof sheets are custom-made to suit your specific garden building requirements. Manufactured to your required profile, length and thickness, they offer flexibility for non-standard designs, bespoke garden rooms or refurbishment projects, providing a durable and low-maintenance roofing solution for larger garden buildings.

Flat Metal Sheets

Flat metal roof sheets are precision cut in the UK to your required dimensions, with standard widths of 1220mm or 1250mm and lengths available from 3m upwards in 0.7mm thickness. Ideal for modern garden buildings, extensions and flat roof structures, they provide a durable, low-maintenance roofing solution.

Anti-condensation roofing

Anti Condensation Sheets

Anti-condensation roof sheets used a specialised drip-stop membrane bonded to the underside to absorb moisture and help reduce condensation in unheated buildings. They’re well suited to garden building roofs where reducing moisture build-up and helping maintain a drier internal environment is important.

Insulated Roof Sheets

Insulated roof panels combine a steel outer sheet with a built-in insulated core to help improve thermal performance and reduce condensation in enclosed buildings. They are well suited to garden buildings such as insulated garden rooms, offices and workshops where better stability and a more comfortable internal environment are important.

Roofing and cladding can be specified for garden offices, gyms, studios and storage buildings
Our range can support different levels of insulation depending on how the building will be used
Profiles and finishes can be chosen to suit both modern garden rooms and annexes
Bespoke sizing, trims and flashings help achieve a clean finish on smaller garden structures
Options are available for simple storage roofs through to higher-performance year-round spaces

Insulated Composite Panels

For garden buildings designed to be used throughout the year

Insulated composite panels are a strong choice for garden offices, gyms, studios and hobby spaces where comfort matters. They are especially useful when the building is heated, used regularly or occupied for long periods.

By combining insulation and external weather protection in one system, they help reduce heat loss and improve year-round usability. They also provide a clean, modern finish for higher-spec garden buildings.

Recommended By Cardinal Steels
Why We Recommend Them
- Helps improve comfort in garden buildings used year-round
- Suitable for heated spaces such as offices, gyms and studios
- Combines insulation and weather protection in one panel system
- Provides a clean, modern finish for premium garden buildings
- Helps reduce heat loss compared with basic single skin sheets
Important Note
For heated garden buildings, 100mm or 120mm thickness is often recommended to help retain warmth. Composite panels usually have a 3 to 4-week lead time and can be less cost-effective for smaller projects. If budget or timing is a concern, a Twin Skin system can be a good alternative.

Steel Roofing Sheets Built for Modern Garden Buildings

Garden buildings are no longer just simple storage spaces, they’re commonly used as home offices, gyms, workshops and places to relax. Steel roofing sheets offer a practical, long-term solution for roofing for garden buildings that are used all year round.

Designed For Year-Round Use

With many garden buildings used as a workspace or living area, reliable protection from changing weather is essential. Steel roofing provides a durable, weather-resistant barrier that helps keep your space protected in all conditions.

Better Internal Comfort & Less Condensation Build Up

With the option of both insulated and anti-condensation roofing sheets, your garden building can benefit from improved internal comfort throughout the year. These garden building roofs help to reduce moisture build-up and support a more stable internal environment in both summer and winter.

Complements Modern Garden Designs

Today’s garden buildings are designed to look sleek and contemporary. Our steel roof sheets are available in a variety of profiles and finishes, including galvanised options and unique colours such as heritage green and terracotta. For a seamless finish, why not pair your roofing with our matching steel cladding sheets?

A Stronger Choice for Garden Building Roofs

Many garden buildings use felt or timber-based roofing systems, which can be more susceptible to wear overtime and may require more frequent maintenance. Steel roofing offers a more robust and longer-lasting alternative, providing a durable garden building roof that performs well when correctly installed.
