Composite Roof Panels (PIR)
Composite roof panels are single-piece insulated panels. The outer steel skin, insulation core and internal liner are permanently bonded together in a controlled manufacturing process. The result is a lightweight, thermally efficient sheet that’s suitable for new builds and full roof replacements, on everything from garages and workshops to agricultural buildings and industrial units.
Because each panel arrives ready to fit, there’s no need to install a separate liner, spacers and insulation on site. This helps reduce labour time and gives consistent performance across the whole roof. Our insulated sheets can be manufactured to specific U-values, thicknesses and lengths to suit your project.

Applications for Composite Roofing Sheets
The JI Roof PIR has a trapezoidal (box profile) outer sheet and is suitable for all roof pitches of 4° or more (after deflection). It is also a popular choice for vertical wall cladding in industrial units.
