CS32/1000 and CS34/1000
We manufacture box profile cladding sheets in two profiles, CS32/1000 and CS34/1000. Both have a 1000mm cover width and can be fixed vertically or horizontally, so the right choice usually comes down to the size of the building and how far the sheets need to span between rails.
Our box profile wall cladding is supplied in 0.5mm as standard, which balances durability and cost for most projects. 0.7mm is also available where a heavier-duty sheet is needed, such as on exposed sites or walls within reach of livestock or machinery.

What thickness is box profile wall cladding supplied in?
0.5mm is our standard for cladding. Other thicknesses are available on request, and 0.7mm is worth considering on exposed sites or where the cladding is within reach of vehicles, livestock or machinery.

How long can box profile cladding sheets be?
We cut box profile to length up to 12m. On most elevations that means the cladding runs from head to base in a single sheet, with no horizontal lap.

What is the difference between CS32/1000 and CS34/1000?
They are different rib depths in the same family, both with a 1000mm cover width. Our article on 32/1000 against 34/1000 sets out where each is used.

Can I use box profile cladding on a curved wall?
Not really. Box profile resists bending along its length, which is what makes it stiff, and that same stiffness stops it taking up a curve cleanly. Use corrugated cladding where the elevation curves.

Can box profile cladding match my existing building?
If the existing profile is still a current product, yes. If it is not, we manufacture bespoke and obsolete profiles in-house to match.
