Corrugated Cladding Cut to Your Sizes
Corrugated sheet has a continuous wave form that reads as softer and more traditional than box profile. It sits well against older buildings and in rural settings, and it is often the profile planning favours where a less industrial appearance is wanted.
Our 3 inch corrugated wall sheets are made in the 13.5/3 profile, offering a cover width of 990.6mm and lengths up to 10m, cut to your exact measurements. They match our corrugated roof sheets, so a building can be roofed and clad in one consistent profile.
The cover width is worth noting when you are ordering. At 990.6mm rather than a round metre, ten sheets cover slightly less than ten metres, and that difference adds up across a long elevation.

Curves
The shallow, evenly distributed corrugations let the sheet take up a gentle curve across many small deflections. Box profile resists bending along its length and does not curve gracefully.

What Coatings Do We Offer?
We always recommend our PVC Plastisol-coated sheets due to their cost-effectiveness and excellent resistance to abrasion and corrosion. Polyester-coated sheets are also a high-quality, versatile option suitable for both box profile and corrugated roofing sheets. However, care must be taken to avoid scratching during handling and installation.

Rail spacing and support
Corrugated’s shallower form is less stiff along its length than box profile, so it prefers closer rail support. On an existing frame, check the rail centres before committing to a profile: rails set out for box profile may be too far apart for corrugated to span comfortably.
On a new frame you have the choice, and it is worth making it early. Specifying corrugated after the steelwork is fixed can mean adding rails.

Finishing the job
Corrugated cladding needs its own flashings and trims at corners, eaves and around openings, profiled to close against the wave rather than a flat face. Filler pieces matter here more than they do on box profile, because a corrugated lap leaves a gap at every wave.
